Gerika moved from Arizona to work as a financial planner at DMBA in 2020. She is passionate about giving people the confidence to make wise financial decisions. She knows that financial literacy is key to enhancing personal relationships and improving the standard of living. She believes that with intention, consistency, and a plan, people can accomplish whatever they set out to do.
She graduated as salutatorian from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in personal financial planning and a minor in business management. She continued her education with a master’s degree in financial therapy. She has worked for several other financial planning firms, most recently Vanguard.
Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy playing any sort of racket sport (pickleball, racquetball, table tennis, etc.). She also enjoys playing the piano, the ukulele, and listening to podcasts.
